Q: How can I get a 10% discount?

A: We are launching a 3-month opening sale from 1 June 2010 to 31 August 2010. All orders placed within this period will be     10%off the price. All prices are in U.S. dollar.



2. International Ordering


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we offer shipping to over 30 countries*. We offer 2 types of delivery, which you can choose before you add your     products to the shopping cart. Please note that we take a minimum purchase of US$30 for international delivery.

3. Ordering Process

Q: How long does it take Padbook to arrive at my place?

A: We will ship out your order within 2 business days while stock lasts. If you choose HK SpeedPost, deliveries normally take     3-5 days. If you choose Registered Air Mail, deliveries may take 7-10 days. However, if our products are out of stock, it     may take around 2 weeks before we can arrange shipping.


Q: What kind of payments do you accept?

A: We use Paypal to manage our transactions. You have to create an account in Paypal to pay for our products. If you          already have a Paypal account, just follow the checkout process and you can review your shopping list before you pay.

Q: Do you have other delivery and payment options for Hong Kong / Macau customers?

A: You can place your order by email with the following information. We can arrange a face-to-face transaction and we accept     COD for Hong Kong and Macau customers.
