Payment


We only use PayPal for online transactions. We don't collect your financial information. Only PayPal ID and shipping information are required.


Shipment Policy


All items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days through Hong Kong Post once payment is cleared. In the case that products are out of stock, it may take 2 weeks before we can arrange shipping.


We do not ship on weekends and holidays. A shipping notification email will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.


We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.


All International orders are subject to customs inspection, which may delay the arrival of your package. In some extreme cases, packages were delayed for over 30 days due to complicated customs clearance process. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. These charges are not included in the unit price or shipping fees.


Note that we offer 2 types of shipping: HK SpeedPost and Registered Air Mail. Please read carefully the difference in shipment time and rates before check out. You will be able to review your shopping list before you finalize your purchase and payment.


All packages will go to PayPal confirmed address. Please verify your shipping address on PayPal. Orders that are returned back to us due to undeliverable or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.


Returns Policy


We accept returns under the following conditions:


  • Product in its original condition & packaging can be returned and exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Original payments including the product price, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for all extra shipping and handling costs of the returns and exchanged orders.
  • Evidence of faulty or defective products must be provided for replacement, without having returned the product to us.

  • We do not accept returns if:


  • the product packaging is missing or damaged,
  • some parts of the product are missing, or
  • the product is damaged by accident, misuse, improper care or alteration

  • Pianomedia.net reserves the right of decision on all terms regarding sales and returns. By using this site, you agree to and are deemed to be bound by these terms.
